TRS Wins IDIQ Contract for 96th Cyberspace Test Lab
TRS Inc. was awarded an IDIQ contract on November 16, 2022 to provide Systems and Network Administration services to their Prime Contractor at Eglin Air Force Base, located in Ft Walton Beach, Florida. TRS will help develop and build the infrastructure for the new 96th Cyberspace Test Labratory being built at Eglin AFB. Once completed, they will assist Engineers by setting up classified lab equipment to run test events for UHF, VHF and Datalink Systems used by the Department of Defense and friendly allies.
Eglin Air Force Base is the largest Air Force Base in the world, including installations, advanced test facilitiesand open air test ranges. "By providing these engineering and information systems to the 96th Cyberspace Test Labratory, we can develop and run tests at Egin AFB before delivering these systems in the field, making sure they are secure and providing advanced capabilities to the Warfighter", Kyle Hartmann, President of TRS said. “Our support for Eglin Air Force Base dates back to 2009 and we look forward to developing and protecting these systems with our partner into the next decade.”
